FAQ:

  • Question: When is the Carnival?
  • Answer: Friday November 1  3:30PM-6:30PM. 
  • It will be at the Pine Shadows fields. (unless inclement weather it will be relocated inside)

 

  • Question: What is a ticket?
  • Answer: 1 ticket = $1 To play games at each event booth.
  •  Question: What is a Wristband?
  • Answer: A wristband allows for unlimited play at all games. Please note, you will have to purchase separate tickets for the raffle.  Wristbands available in presale and at the door.
  • Question: How many tickets do I buy?
  • Answer: There will be appx 20 festival games/rides.  See sample of ticket requirements per activity below.

  • Soda Bottle Ring Toss - 1 Ticket
  • Candy Corn Toss - 1 Ticket
  • Pumpkin Bowling - 1 Ticket
  • Plinko - 1 Ticket
  • SBMSA Football Toss - 1 Ticket
  • Lucky Duck/Matching Ducks - 1 Ticket
  • Fishing Pond - 1 Ticket
  • Pumpkin Putt Putt - 1 Ticket
  • Pumpkin Patch - 2 Tickets
  • Pie/Cake Walk - 2 Tickets
  • Hay Bale Dig - 3 Tickets
  • Trackless Train Ride -5 Tickets
  • Face Painting - 5 Tickets
  • Fire Truck Visit - 0 Tickets
  • Raffle Table - You have the opportunity to put an unlimited number of tickets into the drawing for a specific item you might want to win. 
  • Games will have an assortment of prizes to win!

 

  • Question: What are the raffle prizes?
  • Answer: You can place your tickets (name and number on back to win raffle prizes). 

 

  • Question: How are pre-purchased tickets and wristbands delivered?
  • Answer: They will be delivered to your students class the week before fall festival.  If you fail to receive your purchased tickets, please email pineshadowsfallfestival@gmail.com

 

  • Question: Can I buy more tickets and wristbands after the online window closes?
  • Answer: Yes! We will have a ticket booth set up to purchase more tickets and wristbands at the festival.  These lines might be long with the number of families attended.  Try to pre-purchase to avoid waiting at the event.

 

  • Question:Can I purchase tickets at the event in cash, check, or credit card?
  • Answer: Yes, we will be able to accept all.

 

  • Question: Do Family Sponsor's receive tickets?
  • Answer: Yes
  • Gold Leaf: 2 Wristbands (100 tickets)
  • Purple Leaf: 2 Wristbands (50 tickets)
  • Red Leaf: 2 Wristbands (25 tickets)
  • Green Leaf: 1 Wristband (10 tickets)

 

  • Question: Do we accept company matches?
  • Answer: Yes, please inform us if your company matches and we will work with you to provide necessary information

 

  • Question: Will there be food offered on site?
  • Answer: Yes, there will be food trucks at the event.  This will not be purchased with tickets, but with real money (credit/cash) to the food truck vendor

 

  • Question: Who can go to the Festival?
  • Answer: It is a family affair, open to the entire family.  The festival will be set up for adults, students, and little siblings.

 

  • Question: Can you get a refund on pre-purchased tickets
  • Answer: No, we use pre-purchased funds to pay for vendors. This is considered a donation to the PTA and is non-refundable.  If you are uncertain if you can make the event purchase at the event day of. Thank you for your understanding.

 

  • Question: Can you save tickets for next year?
  • Answer: No tickets are only good valid for one year.
